Thousands of people braved the blustery conditions (you could tell Wimbledon Fortnight was about to start!) to venture on to Wimbledon Common and support the Fair which as usual was excellent and offered a huge range of things to see and do. It was fantastic to see so many regular and previous customers again as well as so many new ones - we hope you all had a wonderful day.
It was also fantastic to be joined by Anna Webb who was signing copies of her new book, 'The Barking Blondes', co-written with her fellow Barking Blonde & BBC Radio London presenter, Joanne Good.
As part of Jo's regular afternoon radio show, Jo & Anna present a weekly slot at 3pm on Thursdays called 'The Barking Hour' which is devoted to dogs and doggy news. The book is both funny and sad as it tells the stories of their adventures together with their dogs, we can personally recommend it as a fabulous and entertaining read!
And fans of the show will also be pleased to know that we also got to meet the man behind the voice of 'Phillip of South Norwood', purveyor of 'International Doggy News'!
